Workshop: Collage
REGISTRATION FORM LINK. Linda B. will walk us through collage techniques to make this amazing wreath just in time for the holidays. The wreath wall hanging is approximately 22 X 22 inches in size. This can be a Christmas, spring, or another themed wreath of your choice. Class size is limited to 18 Fee:$25.

Workshop: Patches & Pixels In Person Sew Day

Skill level: All Levels
Fee: $10 Coffee, tea and water are included.
REGISTRATION LINK. Space is limited to 20 quilters, and at least 10 participants are required. Please hold off on payment until we confirm that the minimum registration has been met. Spend the day working on your own projects, sharing ideas, and getting to know other members of the guild. We’d also love for you to bring quilts to display for visitors to enjoy.

Learn a new (but old) technique to add some interest to clothes too worn to wear but too good to toss. Registration will open closer to the date.

Supplies: Supply list provided after registration. Description: This will be a chance to work on your own projects and get to know other quilters in the guild. I will be demonstrating a small paper piecing project using freezer paper. No more bits of paper to tear out! Join us for some sewing and socializing.
Retire From Quilting Sale
A quilter is holding a retirement quilting sale on October 9 and 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., indoors at 3655 McCallum Avenue, Regina. For more information, call 306-586-5820.
Items for sale include quilting fabric at $5.00 per yard/meter, assorted quilting materials, Fat Quarter bundles, and fabric pieces in 1, 2, 3, and 4 meter lengths. A 10-foot Inspira Longarm Quilting Frame with a Pfaff 18.8 Grand Quilting Machine is available for $3,500. The machine works great and requires encoders. Also available are Glide Thread (5,000-meter spools) for $10.00 each, a Janome MyLock 4-thread serger with tools, foot pedal, and differential feed for $190.00, a Kenmore 4-thread serger with tools, foot pedal, and differential feed for $180.00, and a Bobbin Winder for $20.00.
