Complete the online registration form, located on this page. If a space is available, you will receive a confirmation email. Please do not submit payment until you receive your confirmation email. Your spot will be held for one week from the date the email is sent.

Once registration has been confirmed, payment may be made by:

• E-transfer to ppmgtreasurer@gmail.com (include the workshop name)

• Cheque mailed to the Guild address (include the workshop name)

• Cash or cheque at a Guild meeting (indicate the workshop name)

Plans sometimes change, and we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend, please contact a member of the Workshop Committee as soon as possible.

Registration fees are non-refundable and the guild does not provide a credit for future events. However, you may transfer your registration to another person, who can reimburse you directly for the fee.

If a waiting list exists, the Workshop Committee will assist in finding someone to take your place.

In cases of medical emergency, the Guild will do its best to provide a partial refund.

Should the Guild cancel the workshop or retreat, all registration fees will be refunded in full.

The Guild abides by provincial health regulations, as well as the regulations set by the facility we are using. If you have health concerns, please do consider wearing a mask to protect yourself and others.
