Online Retreat Registration and Payment Options Prior to the registration deadline: Complete the online registration form and pay by e-transfer to ppmgtreasurer@gmail.com
(When you send in your payment by e-transfer, please list the workshop name) OR complete the online registration form and pay by mailing a cheque to the Guild address (When you send in your payment by cheque, please list the workshop name) OR complete the online registration form and pay at the Guild Meeting via cheque or cash.(Please indicate the workshop name you are paying for.)
Please hold your payment until you have received your confirmation email. Your spot will be held for 1 week from the date the confirmation email is issued.
Please note registration is NOT complete until payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy: If unable to attend, please notify a member of the Retreat Committee. You are responsible to find a replacement that can pay you the fee and take your place. The Guild does NOT refund registration fees or provide a credit for a future workshop if you are unable to attend. In the case of a medical emergency, we will do our best to provide a partial refund. If there is a wait list for the workshop, the Workshop Committee will work to find someone on the list to take your place. If the Guild cancels the workshop, your registration fees WILL be refunded.
Health Policy: The Guild abides by provincial health regulations, as well as the regulations set by the facility we are using; as such, we may need to cancel face-to-face workshops/meetings. If you have health concerns, please do consider wearing a mask to protect yourself and others.
