Connecting Threads
Connecting Threads is a group of quilters who meet every Thursday (September to June) at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre (2420 Elphinstone St, Regina, SK). to make quilts for donation to women and children in our city.
Quilt tops are made with fabric provided by Connecting Threads members and with fabric donated by Guild members and the public. All quilts have a label indicating that they are from the Prairie Piecemakers Quilters' Guild. Funds raised from the Guild's quilt raffle are used to purchase quilt batting and backing for the quilts donated to these community service projects.
