Prairie Piecemakers Quilters’ Guild invites all quilters to enter this show. A one-time entry fee of $10 applies to quilters who are not members of our guild.

If you live outside Regina you may mail or courier your quilts to Ted Sheard by August 23rd. Regina quilters, if you are unable to deliver your pieces during the specified time, please make alternate arrangements with Ted or one of the members listed above.

        Quilt Pickup

Quilts must be picked up at Conexus Arts Centre on Sunday, September 28, 2008 between 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Accommodations - We have made arrangements with the West Harvest Inn at 4025 Albert Street South for a special rate for visitors to the show. The toll-free telephone number is 1-800-853-1181,
FAX 1-306-584-1345. The password for the special rate is 'quilt'. The rate is $94 + tax for a room with two queen-sized beds, which will house four people. The motel is the closest one to the location of the show.
