Follow the steps below to enter your quilt(s) in the Quilt Show. There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

Submit the entry form

1. Please send your entry form, along with disclaimer of responsibility and entry fee (quilters who are not members of our guild need to enclose an entry fee of $10 to cover all of their entries). The entry deadline has been extended to September 7th or until maximum number of entries received. Upon receipt of your entry form, we’ll send you a Quilt ID Tag and a Claim Tag. Mail or email your entry form to Sharon Fraser:

Create your quilt and package it

2. Complete your quilt, and package it in a fabric bag. Label the back of the quilt and the bag clearly with your name, address and phone number. Include the Quilt ID Tag.

3. Please deliver your quilt on Tuesday, September 21 between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to one of the locations listed below:

   Regina quilters, if you are unable to deliver your pieces during the specified time, please make alternate arrangements with Sharon or one of the members listed above.
   
   If you live outside Regina you may mail or courier your quilts to Sharon Fraser by September 21st.

Claim your quilt

4. Quilts must be picked up at Conexus Arts Centre on Sunday, September 26 between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm unless you have made alternate arrangements.
