The Prairie Piecemakers Quilters Guild supports a group of volunteer members who get together Thursdays throughout the year to work on charity quilts. They meet at the Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre (2420 Elphinstone St, Regina, SK).

Over the last few years "Preemie" quilts have been donated to the Neonatal Unit at the General Hospital (about 60 quilts per year)and comfort quilts to the Pediatric Ward at the Pasqua Hospital. As well, quilts have been donated to other organizations such as Sofia House, Grace Haven and Social Services.
